Color Guard
The Troy High School Color Guard is the visual performance ensemble of the Troy Colt Marching Band, combining dance, movement, and equipment work to enhance the band’s musical storytelling. Through expressive flag routines, body movement, and choreographed visuals, the Color Guard adds energy, emotion, and artistry to every performance.

Troy Colt Marching Band
The Color Guard is a curricular ensemble (taken as a first-semester course during the school day), but members also rehearse twice a week beginning from late April continuing throughout the marching season. Members develop physical coordination, timing, spatial awareness, and team discipline while participating in a high-energy, team-oriented activity. The Guard performs at football games, local parades, and marching band competitions throughout the season and is a part of the Troy Colt Marching Band.
